The Prime Property Prize 2019 is the 8th edition of a prestigious competition which awards projects and companies for a positive influence on the commercial real estate market and people whose activity had a major influence on the functioning of this sector. This year, the competition covered 14 categories since for this year’s edition a new category was added – Coworking of the Year.

Łódź won ahead of Warsaw Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz and Szczecin in the category “Investor-friendly City”. The award is granted for creating an investor-friendly environment – improvement of the investment climate and providing conditions for even more extensive activity of investors. “Investor-Friendly City” is a category, as part of which the quality of service provided by the city to the entrepreneurs as well as the level of efficiency of administrative procedures are recognised.

Łódź was also a winner in the same category in the last year’s edition of the competition – Prime Property Prize 2018. This means that the city is appreciated for their investment activities.
