Recently, a court case against an alleged heir of the property in Łagiewniki has been won which enabled the purchase transaction to be finalised. The purchase of the Heinzel Palace by Waldemar and Kamil Biliński from the Marshal’s Office in Łódź means big changes.

The renovation work on the palace are already ongoing and they are to be completed with the creation of 11 apartments. Entrepreneurs plan also to build a 5-star hotel located near the palace. It is to house as many as 36 apartments. What’s more?  

As part of the investment, there will be three floating apartments on the pond within the property. It means that there will be three houseboats anchored to the shore of an island constituting a part of the purchased property.
